The catering you did for our wedding was amazing! We have zero complaints and wouldn't change a thing. The service you gave before the wedding was professional & accommodating. The rehearsal dinner and reception dinner was impeccable, and we had so many of our guests raving about how good the food was. It takes a lot to impress me, and I was impressed and so was Steve. Pasquale's is now "our place" for when Steve and I visit Winnipeg. Thank you Sandro & Joe and to your great staff as well.

When we decided to host a pre-Christmas work party for 30 people at our home, we decided that it would be nice to be able to “enjoy” our guests, as opposed to being tied to the kitchen, for a change. I contacted Joe from Pasquale’s and he was extremely helpful in the menu selection process – to the point of telling us where we could easily cut back on the costs and still have a lovely variety. Fast forward to the evening of the party – we literally left everything in his and his server’s hands by about 4:30 PM and didn’t have to lift a finger! The spread they provided was unbelievable – delicious – and beautifully presented! Joe was a charming addition to the evening, and welcomed interaction with the guests – be it cooking questions or just casual banter. Our guests were simply astonished by the meal and I have no doubt that many have been customers at the restaurant since! Perhaps my favorite aspect of the evening, besides the great food, was that all the dishes were washed and put away before they left – and all we had to do in the morning was deal with the glasses! Now that’s what I call an absolute pleasure in entertaining! We wouldn’t dream of hosting a similar event again without calling on Pasquale’s!!!! They made being the hosts with the most effortless!
